It was a concept that stemmed from a movie. That concept is now a reality for consumers starting November 28th.
Watching the video below…I have come around on the original thought of “we can tie our own shoes”
1. Physical abilities—those who were unable to tie shoes will now have the option of pressing the button to tighten or loosen laces (and eventually no button pressing required)
2. Saves time…adjust your shoe on the go by simply pressing button
3. Good for your feet
4. It has lights
5. Could lead to other innovations
Ultimately, this could be great. Eventually they will move from us pushing the button to it just using sensors to self-lace, which will be great for seniors or anyone with disabilities…and for us that are too lazy to bend down.
