Pretty safe to say you know this one….
Coffee before bed – even decaf – isn’t a good idea!
But did you know this is also bad?
Munching on broccoli or cauliflower before bed can keep you up because veggies with high amounts of slow-to-digest fiber actually keep your body working which in turn keeps you awake!
Oh…and don’t even think about indulging in these….
French fries in all their greasy glory can push your digestive system into overdrive and quite possibly cause heartburn along the way 🙁
