It must have been a dream come true for a 15 yro Benedict Clarke to land a role in the Harry Potter franchise as a young Severus Snape!
Well, Clarke is all grown up at nearly 20 years old and he’s continued acting. He’s been in several short films including: Awkward Facades, In The Wake Of Sirens and Andys.
You have to admit, he’s not too hard on the eyes!
Clarke shared some fond memories of the late Alan Rickman while chatting with Sky News about his time as young Snape.
“I told him I was terrified that my nose was far too small for the part. And [Rickman] said, ‘Don’t worry, my nose was exactly the same size as yours when I was your age’. I’m not sure that was true but at the moment at that time it was very important to me.”
RIP Alan Rickman. You will be remembered. Always.
