AND new research from Georgetown University says that sunlight is beneficial because it “energizes T cells that play a central role in human immunity.”
Researchers say that T cells play an important part in fighting off nasty infections in the body and sunlight allows them to move faster. When the T cells move faster it keeps the body alert to new invasions. Read more by clicking here.
