House guests, long drives, maxing out your credit card, cooking big meals, etc. The holiday season can be a very stressful time.
Well, turns out there’s a silver living to all that stress. It can actually make you stronger.
Ian Robertson, researcher and author of The Stress Test, says it’s all about how you react to stress. He also says that there’s a way anger and anxiety “can become a source of positive energy that can aid your performance.” All you need to do is say these three words out loud: “I feel excited.”
Yup!! According to his research those three words are extremely powerful.
