- Get New sheets — Makes sense…he slept in the sheets with you…TOSS ‘EM! Start Fresh
- Scrub The Floors — Great distraction and at the very least you will have clean floors
- Read The News —Facebook is a reminder of how everyone else is in love and living happy lives. The news will be a reminder that not everything in the world is great AND you may learn a few things.
- Get AWAY! —Vacation with friends or disappear solo for a bit. Refocus on YOU and take time away from THEM.
- Watch Scary Movies — Rom Coms are great for a good cry after a break up…maybe even a laugh. To avoid the lovey-dovey stuff…think GORE and SCARY!
