In reality it’s probably been awhile but here’s a new reason to MAKE TIME for a relaxing bath…..
Researchers from Loughborough University in the UK say an hour long bath burns just as many calories as a 30-minute walk!!!!!
It sounds crazy but apparently it’s because of something called “passive heating.” That’s when a hot or humid climate makes the body sweat without having to release energy.
Whatever it’s called I like it!!!!
Basically this means go grab your favourite bath bombs and bubbly and find time to soak your calories away!!!!!!
