National Crayon Day is coming up on Friday and while you likely have your crayon parties all set (is that a thing?), this year it won’t be all about celebration. Crayola has announced they will be eliminating one of their classic colours on Friday.
Now before you panic, there is something you can do to try to save your favourite colour. Crayola is asking you to show yourself, your kids, and whoever just loves to colour, using the colour that you just can’t live without accompanied by the hashtags #ShareYourFave and #WhosLeaving.
The colours featured in the classic 24 colour box are: red, yellow, blue, brown, orange, green, violet, black, carnation pink, yellow orange, blue green, red violet, red orange, yellow green, blue violet, white, violet red, dandelion, cerulean, apricot, scarlet, green yellow, indigo and gray.
So which one will it be? Find out on National Crayon Day this Friday as they stream the decision live. It’s sure to be an earth shattering announcement.
