Had enough of leg day? Or enough of the gym in general?
A gym in the UK is now offering an all new class called Napercize, and it’s pretty much exactly what you would think! You pay to join a class, and nap with other people. The 60 minute class starts off with some light stretching to get you all loosened up and ready to sleep for the remaining 45 minutes. As odd as this may seem, getting proper sleep IS a very important part of staying healthy. So if you don’t mind sleeping in a room full of strangers, this could be for you! Just think of it as being in kindergarten again.
