It’s called NAPERCISE and it launched this spring at David Lloyd Clubs in England.
It’s exactly what it sounds like – a 45 minute napping class for exhausted parents and workaholics…
The clubs in the UK say the class starts and ends with stretching exercises and is designed to “reinvigorate the mind, improve moods and burn the odd calorie or 2!”
Sadly the trend has yet to catch on here in Canada, but 1 can dream right?!
