Cybersecurity firm McAfee told the Associated Press that searching for the Canadian pop punker online was most likely to “land users on websites that carry viruses or malware.” McAfee put out a list of the most dangerous celebrities on the Internet every year and last year’s No. 1 was comedian Amy Schumer.
According to McAfee, you’ll also increase your potential for online threats if you search for Lavigne along with words like “free MP3s.’
Who else should you watch out for? Bruno Mars was second on their list followed by Carly Rae Jepsen. See the rest of the list below.
